Paperclips Marketing Collaterals

Paperclips was fortunate to participate and present our work at Surat Biz Fest. It was an honour to have the opportunity to share our passion for storytelling and brand building with like-minded individuals and entrepreneurs. As part of our offline collateral, we created brochures and banners to showcase our unique approach to brand-building.🗞️

Our brochure was our calling card: we wanted to highlight our approach to branding - using the art of storytelling to build compelling brand experiences. The theme of the design was minimalistic and the illustrations used were carefully curated and implemented to complement the text.
Our brochure not only conveyed our approach to branding but also reflected our style and aesthetics. We went with our distinctive colour palette - a green and cream - to convey a sense of balance and growth. There were limited illustrations, but we did use an image of our founders to enhance the message of the brochure.

In terms of the quality of the brochure, we paid close attention to every detail.  We chose a texture paper of 290 GSM, which not only feels elegant to the touch but also adds durability to the brochure. The A5 size was chosen because it strikes a balance between being compact enough to carry, while providing ample space for us to display our ideas.

We believe that the quality of the printing material is just as important as the design itself, which is why we carefully selected the paper used in the brochure.
We believe that your brand story is more than just words on a page. It’s a living entity that has the power to engage and connect with your audiences on a deeper level. Our offline materials - the banners and the stall - at the exhibition were a scaled up version of this idea. One critical aspect in designing offline collateral is ensuring that the visuals displayed are consistent with the overall aesthetic of the brand.

To maintain this consistency, we focused on translating our brand colours and typography across all offline materials. These elements were chosen to align with the overall identity of Paperclips and create a visual association in the minds of the visitors. Another important aspect we worked on was the placement and size of each element on the banners and our stall. Visitors to the stall would view them from a distance, so it was crucial that the banners be visible and readable. We used different sizes placed on a background of Paperclips’ primary and secondary colours, so that visitors could quickly grasp the overall message of the stall.

It was a way to inform on how the power of visual storytelling creates a brand that not only holds stories together, but also leaves a lasting impression on audiences.
